If she loves photography and just bought a new home, then maybe she and her husband would like portraits done of themselves. You could get her a gift certificate to get her photo done. If you really want to splurge like crazy, there's this photographer named Ethan Jantzer who does photograms. His website is ethanart.com. I love his stuff, it's just a bit expensive, and by a bit, I mean a lot.
Do they have a nice digital camera? She would definitely love one to take pictures with while traveling with her husband around the world so they can display photos around their new home.

Some people don't like gift certificates, but I think the best possible present is a big ebay gift certificate. That way the person can have the fun of shopping for exactly what she wants. Especially good for people who have very particular tastes and needs.
