The drain line has become clogged or disconnected. The line runs from the vents to somewhere out of the passenger side exterior area. Raise the van, find a hose that is running down, and run some kind of stiff wire up it to dislodge the clog.

#1 most likely pluggged drain. Also can be caused by air leaking into plenum chamber where the evaporator coil is, -( remember how condensed air leaks out around door and runs on floor of referigerator with leaky door gasket?) If enough air leaks into chamber just after air goes through the evaporator coil, it can pile up if enough is being condensed , - so that the blower motor will force it out through "ducts". However this would have to be a cosiderably large leak to make so much that it wouldn't still flow out through the drain (if not clogged).
#2 Also make sure it is regular water (technically distilled water). It could also be heater core or feed hoses leaking, - check water in radiator/reserve bottle (engine cold to prevent scalds),- if you are losing water there you possibly have a cooling problem....

theres a drain tube that collects condensation from the evaporator of yer a/c system. i would raise the car and use jackstands always. get under the car on the passenger side . look upward in the pass. floorboard area. you should see a rubber tube protruding to the open area out side the cabin.when you locate it you will probably notice that it is closed off on the end. if you pinch it with the slit between your fingersit will open up(whew! this is kinda making me think ).look into the opening and inspect for debris.now that you know where its at . see if you can get to the other end if you can access it. blow into the hose (oh yea!)with a blower. you might find one at a tire air station if a big wad of crap spats out. yer problems solved. if its a molded hose(closed off looking with a slit.)i wouldtake some scissors or a knife and i would cut the very bottom off the tube so that it leaves a 1/16 inch air gap in it. (an opening).it'll be less apt to clogg that way.

I used to get the comparable difficulty with an in the previous Ford variety Van. you're probably precise with regard to the clogging. i might desire to clean the clog with the help of achieving down decrease than the condenser unit ( discovered decrease than the hood) an feeling for a small rubber nipple (Drip tube?) with the help of squeezing the nipple it could open up the hollow wider and the crud that became blockading it could drain out. end of difficulty until the subsequent time. A wake-up call for me that the undertaking became comming back may be the sound made with the help of sloshing water getting into touch with the blower fan blades. I even have through fact owned later fashions of Ford E-a hundred and fifty's & not considered a repeat of this difficulty, & frankly forgot approximately it until your question in the present day. try asking at a Ford broking in the event that they have a extra permanant medical care. wish that helps.

water dripping from ac almost always indicates damage in drainage pipe or block in drainage pipe..
simple and short, It most likely is the latter..
what u can do is identify where the drainage pipe is exiting.. get a similar hose, connect them both.. and blow into it.. it should free whatever debris is there.. if u cant.. well get ur local mechaninc to do the job.. ;p

Water always drips frpm a/c.Its due to condensation. If its not dripping anywhere inconvenient , don't worry about it. If its inconvenient, check the outlet hose.

Sounds like condensation...you should have a drain pan/line ...this maybe where your problem is. Check to see if your drain line is plugged... they do stop up..need cleaned. Good luck
