Does anyone remember the name of the movie that featured a gift of a pig's heart (or maybe another animal), it was either wrapped in barbed wire or maybe had nails in it? This was a sub-plot of the movie, the gift was given to a secondary character, and it was well received. I believe the movie came out sometime in the 90's and it was a chick flick type of movie.

i saw that happen in an episode of the real world. the one in london. it was neil's girlfriend who gave it to him, she was jealous that he had a crush on kat. not sure if it happened in a movie, or not.
