If you marry ure cousin, it could cause some serious mental problems in a baby-unless the cousin is farther out than 3rd. Then its completely legal anywhere-safe to.

well from a family experience i can say yes in some states. depending on circumstances. my mother and her 1st cousin married with stipulations neither one could have kids and that was in Iowa

you know what we have the same problem! i'm also inlove with my cousin and the worst thing is we have the same surname... you see i know some people may call us undescent but it just came happen that we felt love. and lovers are blind. hope we can find some place where we can live happily ever after!

No because that is called "Inbreeding" and the chances of your children being born with defects or diseases is very high. Plus it is unnatural.
