The music is probably copy righted. You could try Yahoo music engine. It lets more things pass that are copy righted than Windows media player.

I did find this program, and it seems to be what you're looking for.

However, if it doesn't work, you may just be better running a cord from your audio out to audio in to capture it. (If you need a program to capture it, Audacity is free. I don't remember the URL, so Google it) Also, you might try Google to see if anyone else has already done this. ASF files, from what I can tell, seem to be a little different from what I've come to expect, since it just seems to be a container format for the creator to use with whatever encoding it wants. Of course, I could be wrong. Either way, it looks like either the program above (or similar programs, search for "asf to mp3") will work, or nothing is likely to work.

If the program above works, however, it seems to be saying that it will output the file in WAV, which will need to be converted to mp3. This can be done in iTunes, Audacity, and (I think) several other audio jukeboxes.

Either way, I would try Google if none of the above helps. But, if nothing comes up on Google, I don't know where else I'd look.

Er... except for the fine search results from Yahoo! ;)

Regardless, good luck!
