It took years before my present wife was actually comfortable enough to masturbate in front of me. She used to be so self concious and insecure about her "irregular" mastubation methods, that she wouldn't dare do so in from of her partners.
She found out quick enough that I was open to anything and wouldn't judge her in any way so she got enough courage to to it while I was invited to watch.
Needless to say that it became such a turn on for me that often her masturbation sessions would turn into a mutual masturbation session with her and myself, and so augmenting the pleasure of the whole set up.
I Also like to hear her say she has masturbated earlier, for when I come home later, for example. Although I am not always present when she does, I get a quick out her telling me she masturbated 3 or 4 times during the day while I was out. Strangely enough, it satisfies me to know she isn't "afraid" or unconfortable to hide her self-pleasuring from me. As a matter of fact, I actually encourage her to masturbate, as it is a very possitive activity.
I also enjoy the idea of women masturbating. Back in high school, I would often imagine that some girls also masturbated (since I was obviously doing it myself!) , which made me feel much less of a loser geek. I wouldn't however talk to girls about masturbation, but I knew some of the women did, so that sort of helped to bridge the gap between girls and boys, in my mind at least.
I also remember talking to a female cousin of mine and her best girlfriend at the time about masturbation. I was completelly surprised that they wouldn't admit to it, and how open minded they were about hearing about my own masturbation, and what that involved.
So to answer your question, I would have to say "yes". I am sure most men enjoy the thought (or sight) of a girl pleasuring herself. I know that I always like to hear about it, and I especially enjoyt thinking about actually being able to take part of the experience and helping the women in her pleasure.

It's not bad for you no, BUT... It can be GOOD for you to not masturbate because it builds up all your hormones and chemicals inside your brain and body - so if you masturbate say once every 3-4 days MAX, then you'll end up being stronger overall because your hormones will affect your body and the way you act, which would help you to be a more physically and mentally stronger male in the long run.

Izzy took the words out of my mouth. Masturbation is healthy for men and women as long as the stimulation is not excessive. If you stimulate yourself more with your hands than your partner could without their hands, then you will diminish the pleasure the both of you will get from sex. That goes for men and women to some extent, but is much more relevant to female masturbation. The simple reason is that men who are very slightly desensitized by manual stimulation will have greater endurance (an advantage, because women like that), but women who are desensitized will require an extraordinary amount of work and unnatural stimulation to get off when they are with their men (and that is a turn-off). Of course, I don't know how much stimulation is necessary to desensitize a woman to that point, but vibrators and/or dildos larger than your man's penis are probably a bad idea. The best thing might be to just use your hands and nothing else, while limiting the stimulation to about the level that your lover can provide with his penis. Good night!
