when i buy books online? is it if it matches ISBN number then it is fine or there are something else?

I've saved a lot by getting books at www.amazon.com.
click on the "used books" link.
Enter the name of the book you want.
You will get a list of books, their condition and price.
Be sure you pay through Amazon.

All the books I have gotten so far have so little "damage" -- a bent cover, etc. it is of no consequence to me -- especially when I get a $30 book for $2 and shipping.
