Because we don't have crystal balls to predict the future. With your attitude...we wouldn't show affection even when Mr. Right came along. You have some hangup with some gal showing you affection???? Or...are you just jealous of those getting it since you're not???

Public display, private display...what's the difference? If it makes you feel good about the relationship you're in while the ship is still in dock then why not? As long as you don't go around porking eachother at the local park i'd say its fine. Everything's fine in moderation.

Howdy Minkus, I've had several girls who did that. They were usually just horny and looking for sex afterward. I had a few girls who wanted to get it on wherever we were... a park, a movie theater, a stadium, you name it. Sometimes I didn't mind, like when we were in the back of a movie theater or a park with nobody around. Other times I got annoyed, particularly when I was trying to pay attention to what was going on (usually at sporting events and concerts) without having to tend to her. That is why I no longer take dates to these places, and instead go with friends or by myself.

No not most men. There are plenty of couples that hug and kiss in public and I find nothing wrong with it.The feelings are mutual on both parties and what they feel is what counts to them not what others think.

If they do that, it's because they're insecure, and they naively believe that PDAs make people think "Wow, he's really into her"
