it could be just a one-time creepy old guy encounter... i concur with the other here, too, get some mace, a tazer, the key-ring-stabby-knuckles is the most convient and dependable way i think...just aim for the face...definitely the face....and hit the sonofabitch HARD! heh. seriously. if need be, that is.
i'd tell the bus driver too, if the creepy guy starts on you again. inform friends / family of your whereabouts / tmes, so if something 'does' happen, they can phone police...
but...really, if you haven't seen him before, then this was most likely just a rare random encounter with a grimey bastard, and i wouldn't sweat it terribly...

You definatly want to pick up some pepper spray. If you can't pick up any then you can use your keys for self defence. Just place the key ring in the palm of your hand, then place a key between every finger. This works well, if god forbid you get attacked then you have a sample of the persons DNA. Also be sure to tell everyone you know what you are doing, when you are doing it, and where you are doing it. Be sure to sit in the front where the bus driver can see you, and stay away from creepy older men. Good luck.

Yes, you should. People who attempt to talk to you, out of the blue, in broad daylight and is suspicious looking is something to be wary about. Tell the incident your friends and family. Be sure to change routes every so often, just in case the man somehow found out where you lived or what way you take to wherever you go. Always carry some "weapons" for self-defense, like a tazer or mace. Always watch your back whenever you're walking alone.
Hope it helps.

That happened to me all the time. Those creepy old men on the bus is what made me buy a car. Its worth the expense, the gas and sh*t ya know. I don't think you should be worried that much, but maybe carry a taser or something. There's a bunch of freaks out there, ya never know. I'm 21, so maybe its just our age.....well, this happened to me ever since freshman year in high school, so I dunno. Maybe we're just too sexy for our own good. lol.

I'd be a little freaked out too.
You might want to invest in some self defense classes or some pepper spray or both.

If he doesn't know where you live, you probably don't need to worry. But you know, a couple self-defense classes wouldn't hurt either, not because of this guy in particular, but on general principles.

Pineapple,
Follow your guts.
You did the right
thing - stay clear
away from him.
Furthermore, let
your family, friends
about him, even
the bus driver,
as he somewhat
knows your route.
You can' be cautious
enough.
Please, take care
and share with
friends and family.
Be safe!
