No, this just causes animosity and segregation between different nationalities within our country. The best way to control it is immigration laws, a cap on the total number allowed each year, and stricter qualifications for welfare. I am not trying to sound like a right-wing biggot but of course they are going to come here in masses it's so easy for them to live off the government.
