Are the heads from a 1992 351windsor the same on all years like 1983?

Yes, pretty much. They are compatible. Ford was pretty good about keeping a design that works. Windsor is a strong, durable Ford engine and yes, the heads from a 92 should fit on an 83 and vice versa. :)

Not sure, but the 351 windsor heads will bolt on to a 302 block....

no check you local junk yard they have the list 351 w and clev and mod are wierd engs
