THANKYOU THANKYOU i got the board back but now my hand shows up only half of a card/????? now what/???

1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in option box..then when you're in room,expand it..middle box top rt side.then you can see and chat. sorry about seeing half of cards,,i see same but at least you can play and chat.have not found a way around it in past 2 months.
