I found it hard to word the question.
3 that I have in mind are
1/ The Twa Corbies. Two crows; one with an utterly indifferent voice. the other singing of the newly dead knight with malicious pleasure.
2/"My young love said to me" Sorry I can't remember the title. The last verse going
"Last night he came to me, my dead love came in.
So softly he moved that his feet made no din
And he laid his hand on me and this he did say
It will not be long love..........till our wedding day. "
I sense the terroor in her voice.
3/ The short cut to the roses. A woman falls for a faery man. Her heart is stolen and crushed
I think she faces a bleak eternity, Her only emotion fear that if she revisited the place of her falling in love her soul would be stolen and crushed as was her heart.
That is off my mind at last.
Back to Marie's Weding.
Love, Rose P.

Try listening to the Medieval Babes. They sing some authentic Celtic songs, well, with a Gothic twist.
