i will give you my definition of being Pagan.
I am an Ordained Pagan Minister.
I believe that religion is a very personnel thing. so for everyone it is different.
Paganism for me represents a choice. and a set of choices.
the religion is diverse as the plants and animals on the earth.
you can choose to believe in a god...or many...or none
you can choose to revere nature and the mother earth.
on this path you will find many other choices. will you find your connection with divinity through music and follow the path of the bard, woll you find it through study and follow th path of the scholar..or a direct connection and follow the path of the priest,,
or possibly through teaching and follow the path of the teacher,,or a combination of the above....
Paganism is a journey to find yourself and to find meaning in your life.
Paganism is a path to peace and love of your fellow man.
Paganism is a way to rid yourself of Guilt and Shame so that you can live a life without regrets.
Paganism is a way to connect with the devine on a personell level and learn directaly from your chosen gods, or just to explore the mysteries of the universe.
Paganism is about learning, we learn every day.
Paganism is about devotion, be it to god/gods man or study.
Paganism is about compassion. love and peace.
Paganism is about you and your spiritual journey through life.

Paganism is the oldest religion on earth. This existed way way before any monothiesm did. Each and every pagan is different..but I believe this:
There is more than one aspect to god, a male and female aspect. (not hermaphrodite...keep with me here) Each aspect governs over different things and different times of year.
We believe that "god" is accessible to everyone and lives through everyone, not just an "enlightened" few. I believe that we can use the power of intention to change the world around us.

Pagan is a person who does not have a religion or if he does is worshiping the wrong God. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation.
