Why do they sell this when there are problems with the paper feed?

I spent 45 min. doing things then they told me they will send a kit that should fix it they are having this problem on this model

Coz they were so driven to make money that when they produced that model, they couldn't give two hoots about whether there will be problems with the paper feed? When they received OVERWHELMING complaints, they decided that they should make slight improvements on the printer and sell the newer improved model at a higher price. So...it's all about business and money. Consumers like you should speak up more often so that we won't be shortchanged from our purchase.
