Depends on where you live and how old you are. I heard that in New York you can't buy a plastic flat screwdriver unless you are 18 years old or older.
Here in Idaho you can buy one at any age - try the hardware store down the street. Or Toys-R-Us in the kids tool section.

Any good hard ware store that stocks Glass Hammers and Rubber Nails, ha ha, toy store should do it, probably in a pack with other toy tools
