If this pimple burns and itches it could be a herpes..A pimple will come to a head and will need to be drained...Herpes take almost 10 days to subside and never come to a head...Herpes will develope tiny water blisters that will crust and finally disappear, never leaving a scar...

Two words: water and soap!
Tell your friend she needs to clean her crack better; but pimples can appear anywhere and are completely normal.

YES A PIMPLE IN THAT AREA IS NORMAL ESPECIALLY FOR TEENS. TELL HER TO SOAK IN A TUB OF WARM WATER FOR A FEW DAYS AND TRY TO APPLY SOME OINTMENT. IF THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM HAVE HER TALK TO HER MOM OR THE SCHOOL NURSE. DON'T WORRY HER MOM CHANGED HER DIAPERS WHEN SHE WAS A BABY, SHE SEEN HER BEHIND BEFORE AND THE NURSE HAS SEEN ALOT WORSE. GOOD LUCK I KNOW IT IS TOUGH BEING A TEEN BUT THIS IS MINOR COMPARED TO ADULT TROUBLES. THINK OF IT LIKE TRAINING FOR LATER ON IN LIFE.

It is a HEMARROID ...!! I had one like that..a really freaky thing. I also thought it was a pimple.
I laughed at all those commercials advertising Preparation H, but it happened to me !!
They are caused by pushing too hard or straining while pooping.

sounds like she either shave and has an ingrown hair, didn't wipe right, or get really sweaty< and those are the only ways it is normal i would tell her to go have a doc look at it
