Do you think they will go on sale AS soon as they clinch the east or will it be when the season ends? Can they sell them during the regular season?

They're selling to season ticket and ticket plan holders right now. They will probably sell to the general public before October 3rd, which is when the first division series game is. Be prepared for outrageous prices-- as much a $110 for upper deck.
