Who is mostly likely to abuse alcohol and sit around playing video games all day and also not treat his girlfriend (if he can get one) very well????

GL, on all three counts. Bruce Wayne has always been able to pace himself so that he does not get drunk at those playboy parties he ahs to attent do keepup the image. And he has never had trouble getting women.
Superman is not affected by alcohol. And he's always been good to Lois.
The Power Ring IS just one big video game. And Hal has historically not seemed to have done well in long term relationships. And, having failed to force the Guardians to bring Carol back after Coast City got it, I can see him taking to the bottle.
But don't bother. Tony Stark already did that plotline.
