I would have to go with Seattle on this one. They have their whole offense returning. Plus they upgraded their defense (which by the way is fast) with the addition of Julian Peterson from the 49ers.

carolina panthers - the nfc is so much easier than the afc and this year the panthers are a step above the rest...they won't go undefeated but they'll come the closest
