Paul Butterfield Blues Band - Work Song (from the EastWest CD)
Anything by Toots Thieleman. He is a jazz harmonica player.
Its not an instrumental but Stevie Wonder - Isn't She Lovely features great harmonica.
The same with Muddy Waters - Fathers & Sons. Theres vocals but the harmonica playing (mostly by Paul Butterfield) is great.
