My friend that all depends on the ability of the one who sold it to you and his set of values. Was the house shape painted and did it appear as if it was in a good location and in a good neighborhood?
If all your answers to the above are yes, I personally would not be in a hurry to get that refund. But of course it is your option and I must accept your decision.
Oh, don't let that person where you bought it use these words, "Let the buyer beware" OK. Many court decision have declared that the vendor can be held liable for what they do market. Just look at the cigarette manufactures and the vast amounts they had to pay to the buyers who did get exactly what they did ask for..
So in answer to your very serious question I am sure you can easily get a refund. Of course you best take a few leg breakers with you and a couple world renown attorneys to assist in explaining the simple facts of life to that seller.
Don't ever forget the words in the Book of a "NO" that say:
Seek and you can find, knock and it will be opened to you then kick butt, break a couple legs and you will get about anything you desire. So yes my friend, go for it. I will be like taking candy from a baby.
