if they took them off and carried them that would be a pain and leaving them on the bike would see them stolen

Maybe they just got off their bikes and simply don't want to go to the trouble of taking it off just to put it back on again. When I was a kid, boys always took their hats off, when entering a place..ANYWHERE...it was a sign of respect. As you know, today's kids,for the most part,(not ALL kids) show little if ANY respect to anyone. They will probably laugh when they read this. They honestly live in a very egocentric world. I can not imagine why their parents do not expect more of them.

depends on who's drug store they are in and what kind of trip they are going to take on what kind of drugs. :-)
