what happen at the end of that movie....man on fire..with denzel washington..i always miss the ending

he finds out that the father of the little girl was in on the kidnapping. The father of the little girl killed himself. Denzel killed everyone until he found out where the little girl was. then he finally died at the end after trading himself to the kidnappers for the little girl. then he died from wounds accumulated throughout the movie.

In the very end, Denzel's character agrees to turn himself over for the little girl played by Dakota Fanning, and he is shot while the girl is saved on a deserted hill/coutryside. And the movie ends. Very good movie by the way!

I just saw that last night......
he goes after everyone who was involved with Pita's kidnapping ( including her own Dad)...kills them all....
finally, he finds out who the " voice " is......gets a hold of his brother.....and makes a swap.....his brother ( and himself ) for the girl......
he's shot and dying anyway......so he has nothing to lose......
at the very end, after ( we assume ) Denzel dies in the " voices " car......
you see the police guy.....( the one who was f-ing the lady reporter)...shoot " the voice" and he's floating in a pool.....
the story in the newspaper says he was shot during the attempt to capture him.....( but he shot him because, well...he was a sc*mbag....)
you're suppose to assume that Pita and her mom live happily ever after...

the kidnappers give back pita for denzels(dont knowname in movie) life. because of the disease he had on his hand denzel dies on the way with the kidnappers while pita is returned safely to her mom.

Yeah, in the end , to make it short and simple Pita was returned and Creasy gave himself to the "Face" in return of her and he died in the car.
