Yes because it has calcium in it which helps your teeth out and your bones, but you must also keep brushing routinely!

Yes, but what really helps in teeth, is brushing at lest twice a day. I recommend the ones that use gel. Mouthwash destroys bad breath. Just brush those teeth, and eventually, it will become a thing you just have to do, like eating, and going to the restroom.

No. Your teeth are made of minerals other than calcium. The only thing you can do is eat right and brush frequently.

yes and strong bones too, but brushing and flossing is a must do also. stay away from excessive coffee , and tea drinking and no smoking. cigarettes really miss up ur teeth

id say yes it has alot of calcium in to keep your bones and teeth strong but you must also brush and see a dentist regularly
