Somewhere In Time is the best. Very haunting music and sad.

I love anything from Howard Shore, Hanz Zimmer, JOHN WILLIAMS, or James Horner. My favorite will have to be Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon by Tan Dun.

"while the Moon hits your eye like a great pizza Pie, this is AMORE" ... that grew to become into the subject for Moonstruck - an old Nicholas Cage / Cher comedy. It grew to become into not a musical yet i like Dean Martin making a music that music and that i enjoyed the action picture very lots.

Schindler's List.
It's the best orchestrated piece of all time. Very sad and touching movie, and the music did it justice. I normally am not a big fan of John Adams, but he did amazingly well with that one. Unsurpassed in my opinion.

Hmmm, there are so many. Titanic comes to mind. I also liked Lord of the Rings.
