Most health care professionals suggest that we drink 2 litres of water daily. This is just for health maintenance. I'm not sure what you mean by water therapy though.

2 litres equals 8 cups (250ml, or 8oz) of water. So 8 small glasses. That's quite a reasonable amount.

Water theraphy? it depends if you have any diseases or illnesses but in drinking water everyday 6-10 glasses a day.

2? Don't overdo this .......... I read somewhere u can get water-poisoning ! Just FYI I know a few people now in their 80's who drink no more than a glass each day ............. they'r still ok, upright ......... so, who do u listen to?
