my information bar has disapeared, have no File, View, Tools, etc, how do I get it back?

I have lost my Information bar, Tool bar, re-downloaded Yahoo toolbar, no effect. Been to Internet options, cannot make it re-appear. Other users on my computer still have their Info & Tool bars - I want them BACK!!!

I can't access view or tools from Internet Explorer, there is just a blank beige bar under the address bar

In Internet Explorer, go to View, then Toolbars. Any toolbar you want, you should click on, and a check mark should appear. Then shut down the IE windows you have open, reopen IE, and your toolbar(s) should be back.
