hey, I'm about 5'3" and I just turned 14 couppla months ago in June. I REAAALLY wish I could grow taller! thing is, I started my period when I was about 11, and they say you stop growing so fast once 2 years have gone by since you start your period. I grew half an inch in the last few months or so, and I'm quite active and sporty, plus I HAVE to jump rope and take a lot of milk everyday because my netball coach makes me. and I have yoga sessions everyday because it's supposed to help me relax, as well as Pilates almost thrice a week. I WAAANT to grow! help, please?

Guys usually like their women shorter, I always have. I dated one girl that was close to my height and it was a little weird. I am 5'11" and my wife is 5'5" and I don't think I would want her any taller, that is the way God made her and how ever tall you turn out to be is how God intended you to be.

i also ever heard that once a girl start their period, their growth stop. i believe its true.
maybe by doing more excersize that stimulate growth could add u some height, but it will not much.
not mean to make u pessimism,so im pushing u to keep active with all the possiblity increase height activitiy, but just dont expect too much.

Im 5'3 and a half..and love being petite... and plus you keep growing till youre 18.. i was probably 5ft 1 when i was 14

Possibly... growth spurts can happen up until you are around 18... so you still have some time.
Although I am 19 and stuck at being 5'1
