Wear a silver/icy blue and you'll look like a princess. Make sure you have one of those cape/shawl thingies to keep you from catching a cold. Good luck!

Since so many girls will probably dressing in "winter-y" colors, maybe go for something different. There will probably be a lot of girls in whites, silvers, and blues. Try red or pink since it's February for Valentine's Day. Basic black is always a classic, or maybe gold. It's really about what colors look best on you.
The dress itself should be a more cocktail look over a formal, that's Homecoming and Prom. Cocktail dresses are typically shorter (above or below the knee). They have that "fun and flirty" look to them. Maybe something with a full skirt to it, or an asymmetrical hemline. Whatever you decide, the dress should be bought to look good on you, not the hanger.
Make sure to have a nice wrap or jacket since it will be cold, unless you live in an area that's warm in February.

our school has snowball too.
but thats not for awhile yet. im not even sure what im wearing to homecoming.
but for our school homecoming= long dresses and snowball = short idk why its kinda backwards but whatever.
so if your school does the opposite(the way it makes sence!) try doing it the other way. just to be different.
