when you go see the doctor they do tests similar to a pap smear, so technically yes your gonna get one

I got a pap smear when i was 11 weeks......you cant hurt the baby by getting a pap smear

usually on your first visit to the obgyn you will get a pap smear. They will listen for the baby's heartbeat, weigh you, measure your belly, take your blood presure, and a urine sample, some times they do an ultrasound to see how far along you are. They will also ask you a ton of health questions.
