i just recently heard about this film. i am a liberal, and i don't support Bush in any way, but before anyone tries to accuse me of anything, i just want to say this...although i dont support him, i do think this is a little much. i dont have much respect for him...but come on? i understand the point in making the film due to the reality that it could happen...but just because you dont like him is no cause to make a film of him being killed. thats just way over the line. what do you think?

There is absolutely no reason for this.
I consider myself a populist, and I definitely lean toward the conservative side, so I don't agree with this.
I don't care if you are the most liberal thing on the earth, you shouldn't agree with this.
He's still our president, no matter how much you may not like him.
Making a movie about anyone's assassination is wrong. Just because it COULD happen, does not mean it WILL happen. That's just probability, not fact. People have too much free time.
Let's just hope he doesn't get killed, or we'll have a nice group of suspects to trace.

Since it is in the form of a documentary, how many people are going to believe it is real? Will they then believe that Karl Rove and Dick Cheney have put a look alike in his place?
BTW, this might really backfire and get Bush some sympathy, even my friend's 20 year old college student daughter who is very liberal thinks it stinks and is cruel.

I haven't seen the film, but the whole idea seems a bit grisly to me. I understand that it is a piece of fiction, but in this age of terrorism, it seems to be in very bad taste. One wonders what the reaction had been if it had been done during some previous administration.

I appreciate the fact that though you are a liberal and don't like the President that you have enough decency to see that this is over the line. Thank you for that.

I agree. I, too, am a liberal, don't care much for Bush or the current Republican agenda, and I'm in favor of freedom of speech - in all forms. In spite of all that, or perhaps because of it, I am disgusted by this exploitation of a violent act.

It almost made me feel bad for the guy. I thought it was a little too much, but I'm sure Michael Moore had front row seats.

Very, very sick idea. Whoever thought of the film should be ashamed to the highest power.

Just more of the "I hate Bush" crowd doing their thing.
Sure, it is over the line, but so is calling him a nazi, and an idiot.
FYI, he is the only President with a Master's degree.

It is stuff like this that promotes violence in the world and gives "crazies" ideas....whether or not you like Bush.
