Yes it is (like everyone said, only tylenol) - your Dr. will weigh in on this next suggestion at your appointment (since every doc has a different on caffeine consumption during pregnancy), but mine had me take tylenol along with some caffeinated coffee, tea or pop to help on the rare occasion I had bad headaches... its not as good as Excedrin, but it definitely was better than tylenol alone :)
A lifesaver when you get a migraine...
Good luck - feel better!

I was always told that Tylenol was safe to take while I was pregnant. I got alot of headaches, also. I wasn't having any other problems during my pregnancies, either. If you are otherwise healthy, I don't see that there would be any problem. Congratulations!

Yes tylenol is considered safe, if taken in moderation, while pregnant... though I try not to take anything!

Tylenol is the only pain reliever you should take, if you need something for cold symptoms : cough, runny nose, sneezing, etc.try taking Robitussin. hope you feel better.

Yes you can take tylenol while pregnant, but me personally, I didn't take ANYTHING but my prenatal vitamins while I was pregnant because I was scared there may be some side effects.
