It is only in my country, the Philippines, that we call yu yu hakusho as GHOST FIGHTERS.
The answer is NO. even in the movies, hiei, or vincent (as we call him here), refused to tell yukina about them being brother and sister. His reason, "for her safety" and I also remembered him saying that he doesn't want yukina to know that she have a brother like him. By that, hiei thinks that he is not worthy of being a brother to her.

There might be, you'd really, really have to hunt for it though. I'm not certain since Cartoon Network took the show off the air, you'll have to buy some DVDs of the series and just hunt for it.
It's almost a certain happening story-line wise, but I'm not sure. I wouldn't doubt it either way.
