The guy above me....The one saying he returns in the manga, he's right.
Sasuke has yet to return in the anime, because the anime is only up to like episode 197 or 198 and it has yet to go through the time skip.
After the time skip (which is two years) we meet up with everyone again, and everyone is a lot stronger than they were before.
Sasuke comes back, but not as a member of team 7. He still wants revenge, and in one of the manga chapters, Sakura ends up fighting him.

In the manga..yes however not back to the village as a ninja but there to also get his revenge...and fight naruto and sakura..and there to do his stuf..u no..but in the anime series..he hasn't even gone through the 2 year period time skip yet..so nope he hasn't returned to konoha yet...before sasuke left the village he had said to naruto and sakura..that they were his bestest friends...and he actually thought about forgeting the revenge..however when his bro came back he got like mad..so continued on wit his revenge...and before he left he told sakura that if he can come back he would come back cuz this village is the village where his first and only friends and people who he actually trust are located...however he knows that from getting power from orochimaru (instead of killing his friends like his brother told him to cuz he doesn't want to follow wat his bro says and also he doesn't want to kill them) and rather risk his life cuz he knows that orochimaru whould take his life and in exchange he'll give him the power he needs to kill itachi...and since he knows that if he does face itachi he would most likely die with him...and since the curse seal on his neck was said to take over him (mentally) so when he uses too much of "that" power then he'll also lose himself (mentally)....so if he ever comes back to konoha he has to get past all that..... for more information go to wikipedia.com and then search for Sasuke Uchiha ...good luck...
