Nope, today's technology isn't good enough to find earth-like planets, but we're working on it! Here's a neat article about finding them:
http://exoplanets.org/rpf.html
It starts out "Do other Earth-like planets exist?"

NONE the only planets we can detect are Jupiter size and the odds that we will ever find a fully compatible planet are almost nil too many variables ( that being a planet that we could live on and grow our food with no changes ) ( now if earth-like as in size and major characteristics we will someday assuming we find some way to go search which at the moment is improbable ) as for the answer below about water then unless it's in this solar system i would love to have his sources !

We can create our own environment on any planet...
we just need a planet which have a gravity that is enough to kep a layer of air around it...
first, we put in CO² to create a green house effect... bcoz the planet is very the cold...hehe...
then we grow some greeny there...
after few years, that is a new "earth"
Why u ask that huh ?
u dun like earth ar ?
naughty la u...
God cre8 the earth...
u runaway from the earth... :D

Mars has been the only planet that has been suspect to have contained water at some point.

There are some out there that is for sure. Finding them may take many more years. It is not likely we will ever be able to go there. Mars has the potential of being inhabited by us. They already know how to begin changing the atmosphere to accommodate plants and eventually animals. That is many years away as well.
