i made a stupid move knowing that this girl liked me and instead of telling her face to face well i ****** up and emailed her at the end of the school year and i dont wanna go back unless i have a plan someone gotta give me something yo i aint do anything this stupid

What did the email say exactly? I'm not sure of your position towards this girl. Do you like her, or do you not like her?
We all make God-awful mistakes at some point, but we can always make up for those mistakes. You can't undo something you've done, but you can make amends for it.
You have to go back and face her some time. Get a grip on yourself and ask your friends who know about her for advice. If no one else knows about it, tell them and hopefully you can come out without hurting anyone. Don't run from your problems- they'll catch up with you when you don't want them to. It's much better to face them now while you're at least half prepared.

Don't worry about it she has probably forgotten about it by now and if she hasn't forgotten an apology never hurt (if she mentions it, I guess).
