I went to public school all my life. I suffer greatly from social anxiety. I never raised my hand. I went to community college for 2 years, which is very big as well. I finally decided to try a different environment and I'm doing much better in my classes. I got to all girl college, although men are allowed to join out night classes and I have 2 men in one of my night classes.

I went to an all girl Catholic High School & I loved it. We were very much focused on school, self-confidence, values, careers. Of course during down-time boys were the #1 topic but it was kind of freeing not having them there all the time.

The boys school was on the same bus route but about 3 miles away from us so we saw them coming & going to school.

in a girl school you get more freedom but then you may develop a fear of boys or too much friendly with them without knowing their mind.
