Gravity,and hard living!

General changes that occur with aging include:
Resorption of bone along the inferior orbital rim (bony rim under the eye) and in the region of the nose cheek junction. The remaining upper and lower jaw bones do not change as long as teeth remain intact.
Facial and other fat atrophies or is absorbed.
Skin elasticity decreases and the skin also thins.
Over time the effects of gravity and the longitudinal pull of muscles cause drooping or sagging of the skin and deeper structures of the cheeks, eyelids, nose, chin, legs etc. from areas of deeper attachment. The result is wrinkles and jowls in the face and cellulite in the extremities. On the brighter side it seems you have a long way to go before any of this occurs!

Not enough sleep, smoking, and too much sun can change our facial appearance. People that smoke, you will notice that they look older than the one that does'nt smoke.

Diet and exercise. A healthy diet increased the elasticity of your face keeping it young whereas smoking ages and wrinkles your skin like excess sun.
