ummm no, but it is good to exercise, going for walks. Your heart is a muscle and exercising helps to strengthen it. Pregnance puts a lot of stress on your body, the healthier you are the better. You don't have to worry about weight unless you were over like 180.

Where would you get the idea that #1 120 is heavy and #2 that it would have anything to do with getting pregnant?

For your height and weight you are fine to have a child, it is when you start to get in the 200's you will need to be concerned. So start trying (TC) have fun because if you think about it you are stressing your self out and that plays a part.

Please, that a weight I WISH I could be! I am 5'2 and weigh 215! I still have my previous pregnancy weight! That is well in the NORMAL!
