My boyfriend is tan skinned black curly hair and he gets called mud sometimes by white power groups. Would it be mean for me to call him that too?
Or should I call him that in public? Should I say come here you dirty mud then kiss him?

i'd ask him how he feels about that. if he seriously has no problem with that and likes the wtf factor of it, more power to you.
but if he should look at you funny, don't be offended.

Don't call him mud if it bothers him by the other groups. If he remembers the way he felt when shown the prejudice every time someone call him mud, then you will be conditioning him to feel that way toward you every time you bring it up. It isn't healthy for a long term relationship.

NO. If he is being called mud by power groups in a derogatory manner then you shouldn't call him that too. You should get over it and not cause provocation. It's not right whomever uses the term.

"Sometimes, by white power groups" I would think, deep down, he doesn't care for it...What does his close friends call him? or come up with a "cool" nickname, that isn't connected to color. I think the kiss is a great idea!

Sounds to me like you are a little embarrassed by him.If you were to call him that in public what you are actually saying is "this guy has odd colored skin doesn't he? "
Get your priorities straight.You are looking for acceptance (for yourself) if you say this in public.

no you should not call him that. he has to hear that from those MF all the time he should not have to hear that from his girl friend.
when those MF say something to him you should grab him kiss him and said " Ooooh big daddy i can not get enough of your good loving"
