I believe I have found a niche in the retail market designing and making wedding tennis shoes for women and children. I'd like some honest advice on how they look and I have no idea how much to charge. Thanks :)

well, these aren't the first one's I've seen, but it's a great idea and a huge market. I would suggest some more and bigger pictures on the website also, you might want to get a pic of a client happily wearing them. Keep up the hard work and good luck!!!

Nice website, but no matter how you dress it up, a tennis shoe is still a tennis shoe, & doesn't cut it as formal footwear against an elegant high heel.
Perhaps you could find a marketing niche like people with special needs who simply cannot wear traditional heels. Or for travel on cruises where people need comfortable footwear, but something more elegant than a standard tennis shoe. But for weddings? I think not.

I'm going to be honest here. I like the idea and the website is very nice, but I'm not sure I like the idea of someone buying a paif of keds, putting a few beads on them and some ribbon through as shoe strings and charging me extra. I think it would be much nicer if you made them a little fancier and you didn't use a well known shoe such as keds.
You have a brilliant idea, just needs a few touches.
Best of luck to you! Don't give up!

I tried and it wouldn't work. Also, I think that if you have a dream by all means pursue it, tho I am hard pressed to figure out how tennis shoes are appropriate for a wedding unless "tennis" is involved. I too, like to think out side of the box, but it seems to me that dresses and dress shoes are meant to be together.

I don't know.. I like the decor but I don't like the shoe styles you used the decors on. I've seen some similar that I liked better... not sure where. (i.e. They aren't a totally new product.)

Whatever you bought the shoe for, I'd say add the cost of decorations on to that and then up it some from there depending on what you want for profit.

to be honest....I don't care for them....I would do flipflops or a lower tennis shoe. the one you have here is a little to high, and not "pretty" enough for a wedding. sorry=(

They're cute! :o) I would charge about double your total cost (materials + labor; gotta figure some worth for your time). Good luck!
