I don't but my fiance does, and it drives me nuts when he does it with me in the car.

Not at all.Most interstates provide a "passing lane" or "fast lane" for traffic. You should remain on the right when not utilizing these lanes (barring some special lanes like "carpool" lanes).
If people pass you on the right then they will probably give you the bird with their left.

Nope, I normally get in the lane I need to be in and only get into another lane when I got a slowpoke in front of me

No. In my little town thers's only one road with two lanes both ways, all the others are single lanes. Are ya jealous?

Yeah i CHANGE LANES LIKE ALL THE TIME!
I can't seem to keep control of that big roung thing when I drive ,What's it called? A steering wheel?!...Yeah Thats it,On top of it I always forget my glasses and my sleeping pills make it really blurry so I just can't help it.
