Here is a strange problem of a toploading washer sucking clothes. Have any one encountered this problem? A top loadingwasher jsut sucked cloth and it disappeared underneath the agitator. Don't know how to retrieve

Turn the plug around and see if the machine will run backwards and reverse the sucking. or provide more information such as make and model number to obtain good answers to your problem.

It's probably wrapped around the spindle below the agitator. You might be able to reach under and snag it loose with something. Else wise you will have to pull the agitator off to get it.

Un screw the top part and the agitator pulls up.You will have to re wash the cloth as it will probably have greese on it.

I've had that same problem. It's where all your socks go, too. And I don't know how to do this myself. Best to call a professional.

I wish I could find a good washer that sucks off.
