Change the box regular get an odor decreasing litter as they do not like to use dirty smelly litter. Put several around the house. Get a litter box that has an automatic remover in it I have seen these in catalogs occassionally. Get the clumping type that has flushable capability to the clumps to help keep it cleaner and smelling better. Add Baking Soda to it. Let the cat outside regular. Take the cat to the vet see if it has a disorder. Let it learn from another cat. Get it neutered if it has learned to spray as a male it may not unlearn it even if you neuter it. Look for advice books speak with a veternarian. Look online for other ideas.
