I was getting off the bus and the while getting off a group of teenage girls came on and tried to do that whole bump the side thing while they passed me.

Usually this doesn't bother me, but this time it was really obvious what she was doing and that sucked and bugged me.

After I got off the bus I noticed that one of them left their wallet on the bench and I went to grab it and take it to the driver, but the light turned green and I was left on the corner holding the girls wallett, while the bus drove on.
I have her I.D. (with her address) , house key(I assume), condoms, lipstick and a buck. If I ever lost anything, I would never expect to get it back and I would move on with my life . . .

Q: Should I mail her the wallet or just throw it away?

I suggest just simply mailing her wallet and belongings to her. Keeps good karma and might open her eyes a little bit.
On time my wallet fell out of my car when I got out and I never noticed it. I had a lot of money and personal items in it. I went to my car to grab something and my wallet was on my windsheild, apparently a Marine was walking by, saw it and picked it up. An elderly man told me. If it were anybody else i'm afraid i would hhave lost everything. It's noble and respectable.

If something wasn't troubling your mind you wouldn't have bothered asking us this question. Of course you should return it to her. It is the right thing to do and you are a good person. You should always do on to others as you would have them do unto you. When we do good deeds for others, somewhere down the line we will always be blessed. I hope this helps. Peace and God bless.

Even though she obviously is not the kind of person to do the right thing, you definety should. You will be able to look yourself in the mirror easier and look back with no regrets. You may slip in a little note about your thoughts though!! ;o)

depending on how long you have kept it, if its been more than 3 days she probably already replace everything- i would chuck it. less than 3 days i would mail it to her with a note calling her a b*i*t*ch for bumping into you and not apologizing
