which is correct? it's a dog!, isn' it? it's a dog! isn' it? im suspicious about if there's to be comma after exclamation mark. thanx in advance.

Grammatically speaking, an exclaimation point never appears in the middle of a sentence unless it's in quotation marks. Example "It's a dog!" he exclaimed.

And even then there's no comma after the exclaimation point. And if you're writing how you talk, then the more correct way, would be without the comma.
