Here's what I have to choose from: nice slacks in black and brown; a flouncy girly black top with tiny white beads all over it; a slim-fitting black skirt with a crepe tank-style hawaiian print top that I like to put with it; a red leisure suit that everyone says I look fabulous in but I mainly wear it for Christmas time though for certain job interviews it might work. Mainly I have either styles that are really conservative or a bit on the casual, fun side. I would appreciate any guidance here. I really want this job.

All colors and cuts mean a different thing:
black: serious, professional, profound
brown: dependable, grounded, realistic
red:passion, love, fire
For a buisness interview forget anything 'flouncy' - you tell the interviewer how you'll perform within the first 30 seconds of them seeing your presentation of yourself. Because it's real estate I wouldn't do the black power suit, it would be too serious and somewhat unpersonable. The ideal real estate outfit would be a lighter, neutral skirt suit (think tan, taupe, or grey - depending on your skin tone) with a white button down blouse. The neutral of your bag and shoes don't have to match the outfit, but should be close to each other. For accesories go with an interesting, yet complementing color contrast to your neutral(think light blue with tan, or cranberry with grey) and make sure they're to scale with your face and height.

I always so go for the suit when going on an interview. You only get one chance to make that first impression so you have to make it good. If you can't buy a suit go with the black slacks and a nice dressy top. Conservative would be better then casual.
Best of luck! I hope you get the job!
