I use those little ant bait things from Raid.

Are they the same type of Ants in both rooms? Are they under the sinks or else where in the room? They could be sugar ants. There must be a colony under the house. You can use Raid to kill the ones you see or set out ant bait and they will carry it back to the queen.

Go to Lowes and buy the brand name Terro..it is with the insect killers and the package is orange..i will kill ants in a few days and they won't come back..

Put Jelly out side of your house. Like along the edge. It will keep them there instead of in your kitchen.

Mix Karo syrup and boric acid (you can get it at the drug store) put it out and the little buggers eat it and take it back to the colony. Soon they all die. Boric acid is the exterminators secret ingedient.

try sprinkling Diatomaceous Earth it is organic and does the job
