What is "JA" and "JJA" stand for? Please Help......?

is JA = Justice of appeal?

JA =Justice of Appeal
JJA = Juvenile Justice of Appeal

It could mean a lot of things, but you need to provide more context. In Kansas, I know they have the Juvenile Justice Authority to deal with crimes committed by children.
